2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on 18 June 2026 at 20:00 CEST and ends on 1 July 2026 at 23:59 CEST.
Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
This giveaway is open worldwide to people aged 18 or over.
By entering this giveaway, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
4. Prize
One winner will receive one latex T-shirt from Obsidian Madness.
The winner may choose the colour of the T-shirt, subject to availability.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Obsidian Madness reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal or similar value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
5. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Follow @obsimadlatex on Instagram.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment under the giveaway post with their favourite T-shirt colour from our website and explain why.
Optional actions, such as tagging a friend or sharing the post to Instagram Stories, are appreciated but are not required to enter the giveaway.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
6. Winner Selection
This is a skill-based giveaway.
The winner will not be selected at random. The winner will be chosen by Obsidian Madness based on the most interesting, creative or thoughtful answer to the giveaway question.
The decision of Obsidian Madness is final.
7. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced within 24 hours after the giveaway ends.
The winner may be announced on Instagram Stories, in the giveaway post comments or contacted directly via Instagram direct message.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, Obsidian Madness reserves the right to choose another winner.
8. Shipping, Customs and Import Fees
The prize will be shipped to the winner after the winner provides the necessary shipping details.
Worldwide shipping is included.
The winner is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges that may apply in their country.
Obsidian Madness is not responsible for delays, lost packages, customs delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the winner.
9. Personal Data
Personal data provided by the winner, such as name, shipping address and contact details, will be used only for the purpose of contacting the winner and shipping the prize.
Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary to arrange delivery of the prize.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering this giveaway, participants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability related to this giveaway.
11. Changes and Cancellation
Obsidian Madness reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances outside its control or if the giveaway cannot be run as planned.
