Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, clean, and returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

2. Complaints and Non-Conforming Goods

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to the contract, you have the right to submit a complaint.

Complaints should be sent to support@obsimadlatex.com and should include your order number, customer name, contact details, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or other evidence where possible.

Examples of possible manufacturing defects may include damaged seams, bonding defects, cuts, punctures, or significant construction flaws that were present upon delivery.

We will review and respond to complaints within 14 days of receiving them, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law, we may offer repair, replacement, exchange, price reduction, store credit, or refund.

3. Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

Returns may not be accepted if:

• the item has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or improperly handled after delivery,
• the item has been used in a way that affects hygiene, safety, or product condition,
• the return is based only on personal preference after use,
• the customer dislikes the fit, colour, or style after the item has been used or tried on in a way that affects hygiene,
• the item was not properly cared for after delivery.

This section does not apply to valid complaints regarding defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or non-conforming goods.

4. Exchanges

If a manufacturing defect or other valid issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement item, repair, exchange, store credit, price reduction, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue, product availability, and applicable law.

5. Return Procedure

If you wish to request a return, withdrawal, exchange, or complaint review, please contact us before sending the item back.

If you withdraw from the contract, you should return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Provide clear photos and a detailed explanation where applicable.
3. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending the item back.

Approved returns must:

• be shipped within the provided timeframe,
• remain clean and unused, unless the return concerns a confirmed defect or non-conformity,
• include original packaging whenever possible,
• be properly protected during shipping.

For latex garments, we recommend lightly powdering the item with talcum powder before packaging to help protect the material.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, the wrong item was sent, or the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or non-conformity.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will issue the refund no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

Please note:

• original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by applicable law,
• return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by our error, a wrong item, or a confirmed defect or non-conformity,
• refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified only before shipment or before production begins for made-to-order, customized, or individually specified products.

Once an order has been shipped, or once production has started for made-to-order or customized products, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, except where required by applicable law.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, fees, or other charges required by their country, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Latex garments are delicate materials that require proper handling, care, and storage. Please carefully review all product information and sizing details before placing an order.
