At Obsidian Madness, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your latex garments arrive safely and discreetly.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and whether the item is ready to ship, made to order, or customized.

If an item requires production, additional preparation time may be needed before dispatch.

2. Delivery Area and Shipping Methods

We ship to selected countries depending on carrier availability, customs requirements, and operational limitations.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Obsidian Madness is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, shipping carriers, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

6. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped discreetly in neutral packaging. The outside of the parcel does not display product details.

7. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

8. UK Orders

UK orders are shipped under DAP terms. Import VAT and customs charges are payable by the recipient.

9. US Orders

US orders are shipped under DDP terms. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the price. No additional charges are due on delivery.

10. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@obsimadlatex.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, assist with contacting the carrier or opening an investigation.

Please keep all packaging and take clear photos if your parcel or product arrives damaged.

11. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned to us due to incorrect address details, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping costs may apply.

Refunds for returned parcels may be reduced by shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, or other costs incurred, where permitted by applicable law.
